About The Event

Come support California Department of Fish and Wilfdlife (CDFW) alongside City of Eureka, Sequoia Park Zoo, Redwood Cmmunity Action Agency (RCAA) and other partner agencies to celebrate California Invasive Species Action week by joining our educational event!

Meet us on Thursday and Friday, June 7 and 8, from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM at Sequoia Park Pond located at Sequoia Park in Eureka! You will have the opportunity to meet with agency staff to learn about non-native and/or invasive fish, wildlife, and plant species, as well as Martin Slough watershed native species and their habitats.
