About The Event

Attention all Giants fans! Participation in this community workshop also provides entry into an Opportunity Drawing to win (3) Giants tickets to a game on August 27th, 2018 at 7pm. Drawing will be held at the Fourth of July Festival in Historic Old Town Eureka at the Empower Eureka booth at 4 pm. Donations are currently being accepted at the Adorni Center 1011 Waterfront Drive in Eureka.

• $0-$5 donation = 1 entry

• $6-$10 = 5 entries

• $11-$15 = 10 entries

• $16+ donation = 15 entries

These baseball tickets were generously donated by Recology, in an effort to support the Sequoia Park Fundraising efforts. The Sequoia Park Improvement project is also sponsored by Redwood Capital Bank and Greenway.

Donations for entry into the drawing will be accepted at the Adorni Center until July 3rd. Winners will be announced at the fourth of July Festival in Historic Old Town, Eureka at 4pm at the Empower Eureka booth.

Here is a chance to attend a San Francisco Giants baseball game on Monday August 27th, 2018 starting at 7pm game against the Arizona Diamondbacks! There will be two selected winners who will receive three tickets for seats 1, 2, and 3 in rows 18 and 19.

Purpose of the Opportunity Drawing:

These baseball tickets were generously donated by Recology, in an effort to support the Sequoia Park Fundraising efforts. The park is currently being re-envisioned with the help of dedicated community members and City of Eureka’s Community Services Department. The Sequoia Park Improvement project is also sponsored by Redwood Capital Bank and Greenway. By participating in this Opportunity Drawing, your donation will help support improvements to the park! Thank you for your interest and participation. The drawing will be held at the Empower Eureka booth at the Fourth of July Festival in Historic Old Town at 4pm.

Voice Your Opinion at the 2nd Community Workshop:

Community members are invited to attend the Re-envisioning Sequoia Park Community Workshop on June 9th from 10am-12pm. Workshop is held at the Washington Elementary School on 3322 Dolbeer Street, followed by a walking tour of Sequoia Park. Each attendee will be entered into the opportunity drawing. This is an opportunity to voice your opinion about the improvements to Sequoia Park and create a park that has something for everyone!
